Bowlby saw a need for such a class with the ever increasing inactivity of children and serious weight problems children in today’s society are facing. He saw the importance of having a positive association with fitness that will foster healthy fitness habits as adults.
Kids Fitness Boot Camp utilizes obstacle courses, fitness games, partner activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits and more. Children of all different fitness levels are enjoying a new and fun way to get in shape. Kids Fitness Boot camp offers an alternative to participating in organized sports or as a complementary activity to improve the strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination of a child who is already involved in sports.
